Congratulations to this year’s recipients of GCSAA scholarships! This year, four current Penn State students received scholarships:

Dylan Eastin received $2,000

Robert Sefton III received $2,000

Michael Melka received $1,000

Kevin Logan received $500

Each year, the GCSAA awards scholarships to turfgrass management students around the country. The GCSAA Scholars Program is primarily funded by the Robert Trent Jones Endowment and administered by the Environmental Institute for Golf, GCSAA’s philanthropic organization. It was developed to recognize outstanding students planning careers in golf course management.

This year, the GCSAA awarded $27,000 to 18 turfgrass management students.
